Purpose
- Reach out to clients who wish to improve their health and well-being, their lifestyle and/or their performance in a certain sport.
- It's important for us to assist the client in reaching his/her goals.
- Help clients make real, lasting and positive health changes.
- Removing those psychological and emotional barriers that keep clients from living a healthy lifestyle.
- To work with individuals in a client-centered approach, facilitating and empowering the client to achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness.
How It Works
- We will be providing general nutrition information and recommendations to the client,
- help the client learn how to nurture good relationships with food and body,
- and proactively create a balanced, healthy lifestyle as one tries to juggle new eating habits, among many other things.
What to Expect
1. First Meet Consultation
2. Discuss Goals - What is it that you as the client want to achieve?
3. Start with a plan. Let's do this!
4. Check in every 2 weeks - This can be face-to-face or online
5. After every 2 weeks - Discuss changes that need to be made (if any) 6. Payment and Program is for 8 weeks in total. However, the client is welcome to carry on with the Program if he/she wishes to continue.
